Standard working hours are Mon-Fri. 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Work may be carried out outside these hours upon request or subject to the requirements of the project in question

General IR35 Statement.

BIM Integration Solutions ltd works exclusively outside of IR35. By agreeing to the engagement of BIM I. S. services, the client accepts that all work carried out by BIM I. S. is outside IR35 and therefore not liable to PAYE at-source deduction.

Control.

When engaging BIM I. S., the client accepts that the BIM I. S. worker is engaged to provide a service above and beyond the client's own internal capabilities. As such, it is therefore implicitly accepted that it is not possible for there to be any element of control over how the work is carried out.

Right of Substitution.

BIM I. S. retains the right to provide a suitable substitute should the need arise. The substitute will be of similar relevant skill level and experience to the initial BIM I. S. worker engaged by the client, subject to the client's acceptance of the substitute. All efforts will be made to give as much notice as possible should the need for a substitute arise.

Mutuality of Obligation.

By engaging BIM I. S. it is agreed that there is no mutuality of obligation between BIM I. S. and the client.

Use of Client's Property.

Provision of equipment and software. BIM I. S. can provide, if necessary, a remote service for Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD. However, it is accepted that for reasons of communication, information sharing and privacy, it is usually the case that the BIM I. S. worker will need to attend the clients premises to carry out the task for which the engagement is in place. This will generally involve using the client's computer equipment, software and file management systems.

Financial Risk.

To be pre-agreed in advance. BIM I. S. accepts that if any rework to the task carried out by the BIM I. S. worker is required, and that the reason for the requirement of the rework is entirely down to the BIM I. S. worker failing to carry out the task required to the standard specified, whilst in receipt of all the requisite information to complete the work, that the rework will be done free of charge.

Standards.

The BIM I. S. worker will be able to work to client's pre-agreed standards or to BIM I. S. own standards as necessary. To be agreed in advance
